Shoes of this size are purchased for children, so the inference is these were abandoned by an adult
Shortly after opening time on a Saturday I spied these from a distance. I did not see the owners and noted the shop they were outside of was a shoe shop, possibly where the new replacement shoes were purchased.
I just wondered what they would do if it was say, a dress or a pair of trousers being purchased.
