Croydon – absolutely the cheapest place to park in the country

Now, for the sharp eyed people amongst you, you might recognise this scene, and a red car parked here that was recorded in a blog post of last year

Well that time the car had not moved for in excess of six months! It was removed by the DVLA.

This car was parked here in the first week of the new year, so two clear months. No one has taken a blind bit of notice of this – except me.
