I know several people who have difficulty walking and walk with sticks and another who is wheelchair bound. They could not pass this happy idiot’s attempt at parking
It angers me to see people who are mobile in cars and have a much freedom as they need park and block the public footway.
It is just mind-blowing offensive to park with no regard for the safety of others. I cannot wait for the law to be passed to make this behaviour an finable crime
