Working from home

I am fortunate to be able to work from home. The company I work for uses agile working as standard policy along with Freedom to Grow

It is common for me to work from home when it will not have a negative impact on delivery. The Freedom to Grow allows shifts in the working day to accommodate ones own working preferences and needs. Both rely on trust, and self discipline.

The nett result for me is; I am relaxed more as travelling and the hiccups that life throws don’t create pressure that dominates life and suppresses and overwhelms everything.

Enter Coronavirus: work continues with little disruption. Instead of a tenth floor view over Croydon (featured in this blog) a quite, tranquil view across the road. It is quite here all the time. It may change due to people becoming ill, but wishing them a safe recovery is all I can do now.
