Parked at 90 degrees to the kerb resulting in the front of your car blocking the public highway is as about as daft as this driver could be
I noticed this while on a bus passing along the road. I appreciate that it is a comic hall joke to think a car could park this way but this driver really needs a squib poked where the sun don’t shine as a way of making him think twice before he sits down again.
Passing traffic included busses and lorries but not traffic wardens.
