Uninterrupted view across the river, then the times change

The greyness of the day helps to separate the river side building from the randomness of the tall buildings

The style in which a building is built is not the sole determination of age. It could be have been built any time after the style name was coined.

Look at the low rise building on the rivers edge; it reminds me of a less ornate version of a Greek Building.
