Large cities and town centres draw people in from wide and far. To the layman nothing leaps out of the ordinary during a lunchtime but with a little bit of quite observation a lot can be revealed
I thought something was happening when I noticed two high-vis stationary policemen dividing the High Street with an imposing presence.
As I walked passed this permeable stockade two separate people had been corralled into corners and were being questioned.
As I turned to find a vantage point to photograph from a van arrived and a police office said to the driver … we may have another person for you.
The lady was crying and moaning about being taken away and then collapsed, not in a spectacular way, just dropping to her knees and sprawling out and still crying and moaning. The policeman was very consoling towards her and encouraged her to help herself.
