Refaced building

When I watched the work on this building I considered it to be a mess of a solution: I am totally wrong!

Extra floors were added and the elevations were revamped. At one stage when the scaffolding was in place there were areas where brickwork had not be completed and I was aggrieved because I thought it was being left due to funding running out.

After several months of work it looks staggeringly good. So … hats off to them all.

The brickwork is light and mottled in appearance and sufficiently broken-up to force the viewer to wonder over the elevation and not see patterns or repartitioned.
