Sunrises have a regular sequence – hence how Stonehenge works. What effects its appearance is the weather and in particular the cloud cover
Every so often our kitchen has the benefit of special lighting. Well, this was one of those days. It may have happened before and not seen by me, but the light struck a tiny area of wall and it’s impact on this object was inspiring to me. I had to capture it.
So please, when you look at it don’t just discard the photograph as a boring old utilitarian kitchen object, look at the shape and form and how the curvature is made by the wire mesh. Look at the texture of the surface and how the light has enhanced its appearance and how the texture of the paint on the wall is shown.
It’s not a prise winner of note, just one I enjoy.
