Dark and intriguing

I enjoy sitting and looking at the world at large and remembering Mr Ford at Hogarth Primary school getting the class to draw a picture through a window.

I chose to push my nose against the glass so not to get the window frame in, he said no, open the window.

This was perhaps the first time, could be 50 odd years ago, where I learnt the lesson you could be right but still be wrong.

You either accept, rebel or find an alternative way to justify other people’s inability to explain things. I chose the latter, I am not interested in pyrrhic victories – not that I knew it as that at that age!
