I am interested in all sorts of things, big things, little things, things that float, sink or fly. Follow this with I like to be entertained means I go wow, ooh and arh and forget the detail quickly but remember I liked it.
I was very impressed with this floaty-thing in Portsmouth. I appreciate it has been lovingly restored but I am sure it was like this during service.
It was mixed power, sail and engine: the engine was impressive.
The piston rod is, I would think, 8 inches in diameter here, and in a car there are less than half an inch.
The miles of rope all had a purpose. It would be a good thing to see this under sail.
