There is a shared responsibility here. Smokers to be considerate and the local authorities to empty bins etc.
Not being a smoker I don’t have this problem. This is not a moral high ground thing – I don’t smoke. But I feel a little hurt that this level of fullness looks unsightly.
I appreciate that in the whole scheme of life it’s twice nothing, apart from the quality of life for everyone, including smokers.
